Meaningful Experiences

We were able to simulate possible scenarios that we will encounter in real-life situations as future leaders in the PNP organization. We are trained to be proactive and reactive as well in responding to different scenarios. The theories we discussed in classroom instructions were turned into practices to develop our skills as officers leading our respective units. 

Moreover, different techniques for enforcing or implementing police operations were introduced to us by our facilitators. One of our best experiences during the activity is that we were able to exercise our leadership and critical thinking. We were subjected to different scenarios where we need make difficult decisions. In this kind of situation, we should go back to our moral compass because it will determine our life and career.
